With over 200 hours of training to become a qualified Brain Gym Consultant, combined with previous training as a teacher and my experiences as a mum of 3, I have developed an 8 week online program: Brain Gym® for Mums.

What is Brain Gym®?

Brain Gym® is movement based learning that uses simple exercises to integrate the whole brain and body, helping both sides of the brain work more effectively together. This results in the individual feeling and experiencing more flow and ease in their life.

What is included in the Brain Gym® for Mums Program?

☑️ 8 x 1hour weekly one on one, online sessions at a time that suits you.

☑️ Part 1 (first 4 weeks) you will learn all 26 of the Brain Gym® exercises; when and how to use them to benefit you and your little loved ones.

☑️ Part 2 (second 4 weeks) these sessions are individualised to focus on your particular parenting challenges, areas you would like to improve on or goals you are working towards.

☑️ Ongoing membership with online access to recorded videos of each exercise so you can practise them at your own convenience in between our sessions.

☑️ One on one guidance and support the entire time and the accountability that it takes to make positive and permanent changes for yourself and for your family.

Total cost is $200 with 2 payment options: $25 / week or if paid in full upon registration there will be a $20 discount ($180). Register your interest below.

What makes the Brain Gym® for Mums session unique? 

  • It is an specialised online program just for Mummas, individualised to suit your needs and goals. 
  • It is accessible to any range of fitness level and by doing the exercises you will be increasing your movement- improving your own health and body function.
  • The exercises are simple and require no equipment, there fore you can practise and apply them anywhere and anytime.

What do I need to bring to a Brain Gym® session?

An open mind and a water bottle. Be prepared to move, wear appropriate clothes for a full range of movement. You may choose to use a yoga mat, some exercises are on the floor so a soft surface may be more comfortable.

When will I see results?

Brain Gym® exercises help to create NEW pathways in the brain which can create NEW habits. This change can occur straight away but it usually takes at least 5 or 6 sessions for a noticeable difference. By continuing to practise the exercises (like with any exercise program) the new pathway can be strengthened and more easily accessed.

Analise (Brain Gym for Mums in person session): The Brain Gym for Mums session with Michele is a great little boost for the toolkit. Michele is a warm, engaging and knowledgeable facilitator who offered a lovely small group session that provided space for some self care and self connection in session (as well as for continuing at home) with plenty of opportunity to ask questions and reflect on how the exercises could work for individuals. I left with a plan to implement some of the exercises into my morning routine and while I might not have done them every morning I can definitely notice the positive difference when I do. And I have introduced some of the exercises to my 4 and 6 year olds with success too. Definitely recommend the session/group to anyone wanting a few extra tricks up their sleeve for getting the most out of themselves.
